Late Policy:
If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I will do my best to accommodate you, but we may have to reschedule, in which case you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
Cancellation policy:
I require a 72 hour cancellation notice. If you cancel within that window of time you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
I have a separate cancellation policy for specialty services. When booking a specialty service you will be informed and sign off on the cancellation policy that will be put in place at the time you book the appointment.
No show policy:
By booking an appointment you are reserving valuable time in my schedule. If you “no call, no show” you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service price.
Product Policy:
All tool and product sales are final. If you would like to try a sample of a product before committing, you can stop by the studio and pick up a sample.
*All appointment reservations require a credit card on file. Your credit card will not be charged unless there is a change in appointment reservation within the cancellation policy window. Please review the cancellation policies above.
By booking an appointment I acknowledge that I have read and understand the policies. I acknowledge that if I breach the cancellation policy my card on file will be charged.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you aren't completely satisfied with your service please contact manebeautymethod@gmail.com. I do offer a complimentary adjustment appointment where I will work with you to meet your satisfaction. Your adjustment appointment must be within 14 days of the original service appointment. If you've simply had a change in heart or want something different than what was originally discussed in your consultation, there may be a charge to any adjustments.
Right of refusal:
I welcome all into my studio. If I feel we are not a good fit, feel uncomfortable, or a client is disrespectful to myself or my time, if anyone refuses to wear a mask during the duration of the appointment, I have the right to refuse service.
